NASA Texas Space Grant Consortium (TSGC ) is excited to announce a new opportunity for college students to get involved in STEM outreach as STEM Ambassadors for the 2026-2027 academic year.
This volunteer program offers students the chance to represent TSGC and the NASA Space Grant Network while promoting STEM education and space-related opportunities on their campuses, in local communities, and online. Ambassadors will participate in outreach events, create social media content, and help inspire the next generation of scientists, engineers, and explorers.
Ideal candidates should be passionate about STEM, enjoy connecting with others, and are interested in building skills in leadership, communication, and community engagement. Throughout the program, Ambassadors will gain valuable professional experience, expand their networks via TSGC and NASA, and receive mentorship from TSGC’s network of STEM professionals.
Applications will open on June 1. More information surrounding the role will be released closer to the application window.
