UTIG research scientists are highly trained experts who daily conduct expeditionary-scale geophysical research, computer analysis, modeling and laboratory work. They are also people who come to evolve opinions about the societal challenges they are tasked with solving and occasionally, they voice those opinions. These are their perspectives.
