Graduated 2017
GRADUATE RESEARCH ASSISTANT
Amanda’s research focused on the sedimentary, structural and exhumational history of fold-thrust belts and coupled foreland systems. To illuminate the evolution of such settings, Amanda used a multidisciplinary approach of sedimentology, stratigraphy, geochronology, and thermochronology. Specifically, she was interested in deciphering the temporal and spatial distribution of deformation and foreland deposition in the Cenozoic Andean system of southern Bolivia.
