Chad worked on observations of decadal-scale change in East Antarctica’s Totten Glacier and floating ice shelf. By combining ICECAP airborne laser altimetry, ICESat laser altimetry, and MODIS imagery, elevation changes are linked to glacier flow velocity variability and potential oceanic forcing mechanisms.
