GRADUATE RESEARCH ASSISTANT
Jennifer characterized the crust of the Mid-Cayman Spreading Center in the Caribbean using wide-angle seismic refraction data from the CaySEIS experiment. Jennifer was particularly interested in an oceanic core complex in the area and defining its composition, which has implications for the relationships between magmatism, crustal formation, and crustal thickness at ultra-slow spreading ridges.
