GRADUATE RESEARCH ASSISTANT

Kaitlin is a Ph.D. student at UTIG working with Demian Saffer. Her research explores the spatial and temporal evolution of stress in subduction zones and along primary faults through direct measurements and numerical modeling. She also conducts laboratory testing on natural subduction zone sediments to investigate their material and mechanical properties.
INTERESTS
