Xian Wu

Graduated 2020

Xian’s research centered on the dynamics and predictability of El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO), the dominant mode of interannual climate variability. Her projects investigated oceanic and atmospheric processes controlling the duration of ENSO events and explore the predictability of event duration using climate models.
